An agency earns the Above Board green flag only by passing a full audit against a published standard: who owns it, who controls the accounts, whether the contract is fair, and whether the money matches the paperwork.

An agency can't buy a green flag. It earns one by showing us documents, platform settings and statements, and its creators confirm it to us directly.
Apply
The agency, network or studio applies and pays a flat fee, the same whether it passes or fails. The founding cohort pays nothing.
Remote review
Company registry, account access settings, contracts clause by clause, statements against payouts. About two weeks.
Creators confirm
We contact creators directly and privately. Studios also get an unannounced site visit.
Green flag, or a private fix list
A pass is written to the public record. A fail stays private, with a written fix list and a free re-check within 90 days.
