Find the red flags before you sign
Paste or upload an agency, TikTok LIVE network or webcam studio contract. Above Board flags the clauses creators most often regret. It reads English and Spanish, and nothing you paste or upload leaves your device.
An automated read, not legal advice. The numbers in the margin refer to criteria in the Above Board Standard. If a contract worries you, show it to a lawyer before you sign.
Twenty-seven checks, in plain language
Each check maps to a criterion in the Above Board Standard. Red flags are clauses a certified agency could not have. "Ask first" means the clause can be fair, but you should understand it before you sign. Notes point out things worth confirming.
Known limits
The checker reads patterns in the text, not meaning. It can miss a problem written in unusual words, or flag a clause that is fine in context. It doesn't read scanned images or handwriting. A clean result means none of the common red flags were found, not that a contract is safe.
